We stop here for lunch. Really good home food with amazing staff who were very welcome to us tourists. The apple pie was delicious.You must come here if your in the area.

This is a decent restaurant. It's kinda like eating in a museum. Lots of cool old Alaska and Fairbanks things in there. I had the Cheechako burger which is a very basic 1/4# burger lettuce and a slice of tomato. I honestly expected more for a 15 dollar burger. My wife had the prime rib sandwich which tasted good and was worth the 15 dollars. I will try again some time soon and try something new.

The food is mediocre, the service is spotty at best. They were "sold out" of several menu items. Eat here if you must, but for the money I would try another place downtown.
